Hi all, Ive had some local imput on my find,one suggesting that it is a seal off a medival chastity belt! and another that it is a love token of some kind.

Since last comment have found similar item on the Finds Database of the PAS.Described as a Token and dated 1600-1700.The only difference was the initials and the lozenge was oblong rather than heartshaped.
