I would love to know what the lower item is. Its 4cm in dia. The left side is folded upwards. This ios old damage. In the centre is a raised bit with tiny flower like things in lines leading to the outer edge. Its very light and has a plain reverse. Any help appreciated

Seabreeze, the piece you have asked about is a mid-late 17th century bridle boss.
